Car Parts Warehouse Strongsville, is looking for a Counter Sales Associate to become an integral part of our team. You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, in a retail setting to drive company revenue. We offer a year-end bonus program with our top Counter Sales Associates earning over $50,000!

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and identify customer needs
• Explain products and services to customers
• Monitor inventory to ensure the product is in stock
• Enter and process customer orders
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints
• Inventory cycle counts

Qualifications:

• Accountability
• Ability to build relationships with business to business customers
• Knowledge of automotive part and/or sales
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Clean driving record
• Computer skills
• Great work ethic
• Willingness to learn and participate in a small team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
